Films that bring you back

The tiny squeaks.
The soft breathing.
The way you sway without thinking.

Photographs freeze a moment. Films return you to it — sound, motion, feeling.

I offer short, quietly cinematic films for newborn, maternity, and family sessions — created to feel warm, honest, and timeless.

Why film hits differently

Because someday you won’t remember the exact sound of that newborn cry, or the way your baby stretches in your arms. You’ll remember the feeling — but it fades at the edges.

Film keeps the feeling intact: the movement, the tiny expressions, the rhythm of your home, the way your partner looks at you when you’re both running on no sleep.

It’s the most emotional add‑on I offer — and the one families tell me they’re grateful for years later.

A young child in a white floral dress twirls and dances in a warmly lit living room while recording a family film.
A series of five close-up photos showing a smiling baby wearing a delicate lace dress in soft, natural lighting.
A girl reading to her newborn sister during a film session in Northbrook.
A small child in a floral dress plays with a plush bunny toy near a sunlit window in a dreamy, warm-toned setting during a film session

Films FAQ

Do I need to “perform” for video?

No. I guide gently and capture what unfolds naturally.

Can I add film to any session?

Yes — newborn, family, and maternity.

What if my baby cries / toddler melts down?

That’s real life. We pause, soothe, reset — and those moments often become the most meaningful.

Where do you film?

Most newborn films are in-home. Family and maternity films can be in-home or outdoors.

If you want to remember the season, not just the photo — film is for you.
